Automated QA testing

Testing chatbots and apps by hand is slow, and it gets skipped when deadlines are tight. I build automated tests with Claude Code that run your real user journeys on real devices, record what happened at every step and report the gaps, every time your product changes.

In daily production use

A Claude Code skill I designed and built is in daily use at one of the world's leading media companies. It tests WhatsApp chatbots end to end against their Lucidchart designs. I run it every day on a chatbot that is about to go live for one of South Africa's three largest retailers, covering product information and loyalty card management.

WhatsApp chatbot testing

  • Expected conversations generated from your Lucidchart designs

  • Server traces read through an MCP server, so backend faults are not blamed on the bot

How it works

  1. Map your designs, flowcharts or specifications into the journeys a user takes.
  2. Generate the expected result for every step of every journey.
  3. Run the journeys automatically on real devices and browsers.
  4. Diagnose each failure using screenshots and server traces.
  5. Report the gaps in a shared Google Doc, ready for your developers.
